The autocomplex conducts its business in an area of 20 000 sq.m. located near the motorway Maritsa. Strategically located on the road Haskovo - Stara Zagora and Dimitrovgrad's ring road, the site is located near the junction and close to the upcoming road junction connecting highways Maritza and Trakia.
The area is located on two levels. The service station, which carries out maintenance and repair of cars and trucks and buses is located on the first level. The second level has no specific purpose with size of 8 acres, electrified, built with an underground infrastructure for the removal of aboveground, underground and waste waters. It provides wonderful opportunities for the development of a car park, auto exchange or a showroom for new cars as well as a future construction and development of logistics and shipping center.
The whole site is enclosed by a concrete fence with a height of 3 m. There are 2 existing entrances - to the south and the west side of the site.
